Excellent service from check in to check out! All the staff were outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble for reception, kitchen or room service. Early check in, towels for the beach and help with WiFi were no problem. We’ll be back.

We had the best time ,everything was superb. It was my wife's birthday and our anniversary and they spoilt us with the most lovely room with complimentary cava and strawberries with chocolate. We will be back for sure.

I visited recently for my partners 40th Birthday. The hotel was in a perfect location and the welcome drink on arrival with the view of the sea was just perfect. Randy on reception ensured we were checked in with ease and showed us to our room and let us know how everything worked and made us feel very special. They even placed balloons in the room as i had requested this prior to arrival.

Superb Hotel with friendly first class staff and a great location at the very top of Old Town. Valet parking a most definite help as parking in Old Town is difficult. Excellent restaurant with a well priced menu.

Excellent hotel in the old town , brilliant views .The service was outstanding ,rooms are luxurious. Breakfast selection was a dining experience The rooftop spa and pool offered excellent views of Benidorm Had a great vacation.

Just come back from a three day visit to this wonderful hotel.The hotel is a mix of classic and modern which merge seemlessly being very clean in all areas. The only minus in the spacious rooms are there no USB ports for charging appliances but this is a minor issue. All of the staff right from the time we arrived to the time we departed give impeccable service and you are really made to feel very special. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis and the variety and quantity of food on offer is something to behold with choices for every palate. We are already planning a return to this hotel in the near future. Thanks to all the staff at the Villa Venecia for a truly memorable experience.
